As the Training Lead, Heidi’s primary responsibility is to develop and execute the plan for SIS project end-user training to ensure a smooth transition for all impacted campus constituent groups. Heidi is coordinating with subject matter experts from functional business units to identify needs and implement knowledge management solutions that match user roles within the new systems. New to UCI but not new to enterprise software implementation, Heidi joins us with more than 15 years of experience in systems training and instructional design in a variety of industries, most recently at Amazon Media Group.
As the Communications Lead, Allison's primary responsibility is to develop the plan and strategy for internal and external communications regarding the SIS Project. Allison works with project leadership to develop targeted messages, presentations and plans for stakeholder communications. Allison also works closely with the UCI Training Lead to support training communications activities.
